Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!
How long does it take before my order gets shipped?
We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-6 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year.

Shipping

After the goods are dispatched, how long does for standard shipping to deliver the package?
The delivery time will vary a lot from country to country. In short, the shipping time alone could be around 6-15 business days,
Delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard Shipping as there are lot of factor affecting its speed. The above are estimated time required by the express service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.
Where do you ship?
We are a Melbourne-based company operating with 2 fulfillment centers. We have warehouses in Melbourne and China. All orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, we cannot promise an order will ship from a certain warehouse, as our team works as hard as possible to get orders out as quickly as they can, and stock may be limited in select warehouses. In this case, orders will ship from the warehouse that has sufficient stock. This may result in additional customs fees.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. cards issued by local banks which are not listed above will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend Strip as an alternative.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.  It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accident, impact, abuse, or misuse.
